Andy Burton - Chief Executive Officer

Andy joined Fasthosts Internet Group in 2009. He leads the company's strategic development and brings considerable commercial experience from the software and services industry.

For more than 15 years, Andy managed technology companies in the security, monitoring and asset-management markets. He achieved success through a commitment to B2B markets and well-structured channel partnerships.

Before Fasthosts, Andy was CEO at Centennial Software, Content Technologies and Chubb Information Security. He was also Chief Operating Officer at ClearSwift and Managing Director at Chubb Security Group (now UTC) and Securicor Group (now G4S).

Andy is a non-executive director of the Federation Against Software Theft (FAST) and chairs the UK Cloud Industry Forum, a body that champions the UK cloud industry and aims to provide transparency to end users about the capabilities of suppliers.

James Henigan - Managing Director

James joined Fasthosts Internet Group in 2010 as Head of Products. The group subsequently appointed him to the executive team in 2011 as Product and IT Services Director. James leads the company’s activities in defining and managing a portfolio of IT and cloud services for customers and partners.

Previously, James worked at Microsoft UK in the Developer and Platform Evangelism Group, where he evangelised and drove adoption of Microsoft’s core infrastructure platform in the hosting sector. He worked closely with the Microsoft Hosting Team and built strong relationships in the UK, EMEA and the US. Throughout these countries, James has helped Microsoft hosting partners deliver market-leading infrastructure-as-a-service.

Simon Yeoman - Customer Services Director

Simon joined Fasthosts Internet Group in 2008. He has a wealth of customer service skills gained during more than 15 years in the industry.

Before Fasthosts, Simon was Head of Technical Support for mobile and converged products at Orange Telecommunications. Simon is responsible for Fasthosts’ customer support. He is passionate about our customer experience and spends the majority of his time working hard to ensure Fasthosts meets its customers' needs.

Ian Stephens - Chief Finance Officer

Ian joined Fasthosts Internet Group in 2010. He brings extensive experience in accountancy from the software industry.

Before Fasthosts, Ian was European Finance Director at FrontRange Solutions and Chief Finance Officer at Centennial Software. Earlier in his career, Ian was Finance Director at Security Monitoring Centres, Group Finance Manager at Chubb Holdings and Finance Manager at Glaxo.

Ian is a chartered accountant and originally developed his accountancy skills as IT and Audit Manager for Grant Thornton in South Africa.

Stacey Ings - Human Resources Director

Stacey joined Fasthosts in 2008. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her strengths lie in the practical application of human resources (HR) and training.

Before Fasthosts, Stacey worked for Bosch as an HR generalist. As part of her role at Fasthosts, Stacey formulates strategies for HR and training.

Stacey is committed to developing and empowering employees. This is evident through Fasthosts’ Management Academy, which is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
