Andy joined Fasthosts Internet Group in 2009 to bring his commercial experience and knowledge of the Software and Services Industry to the business and to lead the strategic development of the company. With over 15 years managing technology companies in the security, monitoring and asset management markets, he has built them successfully through a commitment to B2B markets and a passionate belief in the role of well structured channel partnerships. Prior to Fasthosts Internet Group, Andy held CEO roles at Centennial Software; Content Technologies (Baltimore), and Chubb Information Security. He was also Chief Operating Officer of ClearSwift, and held Managing Director posts within the publicly traded Chubb Security Group (now UTC) and Securicor Group (now G4S).

Andy is a Non Executive Director of FAST and Chairs the UK Cloud Industry Forum, a body that champions the emerging UK cloud industry and aims to provide transparency to end users about the capability of suppliers.

Alex joined Fasthosts in June 2010 as a member of the Executive Team. He has responsibility for driving sales growth for the Fasthosts group of companies. He is also focused on building sustainable partnerships through the Rise Partners brand.

Alex has spent over 20 years of his working career in the software industry, with 12 years at Microsoft managing partner relationships, anti-piracy and compliance initiatives culminating in building and running their Software Asset Management business.

In 2006, Alex joined Centennial Software as head of global sales, and in 2008 Centennial was acquired by FrontRange Solutions where Alex was head of their Infrastructure Management line of business. Alex is non Exec Board Director of FAST.

He is married with four children, and a keen cyclist and skier.

Joining Fasthosts Internet Group in 2006, Steve brought extensive experience in marketing and product development of online services and solutions. Having always worked in roles that are internet focused, he has a strong commercial understanding of ecommerce, website interaction, marketing campaigns and new product development.

Prior to joining Fasthosts, Steve has worked on ecommerce and communications services for companies such as Tesco Stores Ltd, Argos Retail Group and NTL Communications (now branded Virgin Media).

Simon joined Fasthosts Internet Group in October 2008 and became a member of our Executive Team as Customer Services Director in July 2009. He has a wealth of Customer Services skills and experience, built up over 15 years across different sectors. He joined from Orange Telecommunications where he held a variety of senior service roles before becoming Head of Technical Support to both B2B and B2C sectors, for mobile and converged products.

Simon is responsible for the provision of customer support, he has a passion for our Customer Experience and spends the majority of his time working hard to ensure Fasthosts Internet Group are meeting their customers' needs.

Ian joined Fasthosts Internet Group Internet Group in March 2010 from the software industry where he was Chief Finance Officer of Centennial Software and subsequently European Finance Director for FrontRange Solutions. Earlier in his career Ian was Finance Director at SMC (A Chubb company), Group Finance Manager at Chubb Holdings (South Africa) and Finance Manager at Glaxo.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant, and developed his accountancy skills originally as an IT and Audit Manager for Grant Thornton in South Africa where he spent much of his life before moving to the UK in the 90's. He now lives in Gloucestershire.

Stacey is chartered member of CIPD whose strengths lie in the practical application of HR and Training. Prior to working at Fasthosts Internet Group Stacey worked for Bosch as a HR generalist. Stacey's role at Fasthosts Internet Group incorporates strategy formulation for HR and Training.

Stacey is committed to employee development and empowering employees. This is highlighted in the recent launch of a Management academy which is accredited by the ILM.

Jonathon joined Fasthosts Internet Group in July 2010 from the Telecommunications/ISP industry where he held roles including Head of Data Centre Services for KCOM Group and Head of Operations & Development for Eclipse Internet. Jonathon started his career as a banker before deciding on a career in IT initially with Barclays Bank and then as a management consultant working across Europe, America and Asia-Pacific with a focus on ITIL and IT driven business change projects.

Jonathon has a broad IT experience developed over the last 15 years across many disciplines/technologies. Jonathan is passionate about delivering IT Services that provide business value and overall outstanding customer service.
